Product availability and delivery

The NICO Online Store only processes an order placed by a customer after confirmation of their payment, so it cannot guarantee the availability of the items until the beginning of such processing. The estimated shipping date is up to 3/4 business days. The estimated time for shipment is added the shipping time that depends on the carrier you choose and the destination of your order.

For deliveries in continental national territory we estimate a delivery time of up to 5 working days, from the time of confirmation of payment.

The NICO online store only carries out shipments on weekdays. Thus, neither weekends nor holidays are counted for estimating parcel delivery.

Any delay in the dispatch of articles, in view of the estimated dates presented, does not entitle you to compensation.

In case of stock breakage the customer will be informed. If the replacement is more than 5 working days, the customer will be given the option of canceling, with a refund, of part or all of the order.

For products that have shipping costs, shipping costs are calculated automatically by the weight and volume of orders, as well as the destination of the same, and may cover the following geographical areas: Mainland Portugal, Islands, European Union and Rest of the world.

Orders can be placed in the following ways:

Through CTT - Correios de Portugal S.A or Torrestir, for customers selling to the public and Torrestir for professionals. The order is recorded at an address to be indicated by the buyer, which is the residential, professional or other situation. As soon as the order is dispatched you will receive an SMS or email indicating that the order has already been successfully shipped. However, once you arrive at the destination there may be two situations, or it is delivered successfully, or you will have a postcard in your mailbox to pick up the order at the post office to indicate by the postman, you have only 6 days to pick up the order and it will always be necessary to present the citizen card or identity card to make the respective withdrawal. To monitor the status of the order, as soon as NICO confirms your order you will receive by SMS or e-mail, the tracking number information to consult on the CTT - Correios de Portugal S.A or Torrestir website

How can I return?

If you purchased an item nico.pt you have 15 days to return your order.

The conditions for you to return are as follows:

· Articles under the same conditions in which they were sold and with no sign of use;

· Return deadline: until the 14th consecutive day, starting from the day of delivery.

How can I make a trade?

If you find a defect or non-compliance in the ordered item you should send email to apoio.cliente@nico.pt and the information regarding the item you want to return and the size for which you want to exchange it. The deadline for returning the original goods is 14 days from the exchange request and is free of charge for the consumer. Upon receipt of the item at our facilities, the product will be analyzed and later a voucher will be issued in the purchase amount (excluding shipping charges) so that you can make a new purchase.

How is a refund made in case of return?

In the case of return, and after validation of compliance with the return conditions described above, you will be refunded in the same way that the payment was made
